Gurkha junction Executive Chef Tara Nath Bhandari and Head Chef Bishnu Bhandari have more than 25 years of experience worldwide. We use traditional Himalayan spices, herbs and authentic Nepalese cooking style (originating from the Royal Gurkhas of Nepal) to bring out the true flavor in all the dishes we serve.
Some of the spices we use have medicinal benefit as well. We will try our best to cater to your individual needs and any variations you request to our existing menu.
